We proudly offer the following certified organic cheeses: Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack, Parmesan, Colby Jack and LMPS Mozzarella. All of our organic cheeses are certified in accordance to the provisions of Title 22, Chapter 11, Idaho Code, Organic Food Products, IDAPA 02.06.33, Organic Food Product Rules and 7 CFR Part 205 National Organic Program. Available in block or barrel format, this cheese can be used for slicing, shredding, or in ingredient applications.
